Services Provided by Fantascape Studios LLC: Upon request, Fantascape Studios LLC will provide the following services to assist you in the creation and management of your company ad: video design video creation Marketing designs Control: As the buyer, you are in control of everything related to your ad. This includes the products you choose to sell, the marketing strategies you employ, and the overall management of your business. No Refunds after agreement ends: The buyer acknowledges and agrees that all payments made to Fantascape Studios LLC are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for termination. Term: This Agreement has a term of one year from the date of acceptance. No Additional Fees or Charges: The buyer agrees that there will be no additional fees or charges incurred during the term of this Agreement, beyond the original payment made at the time of purchase. Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time upon written notice to the other party. Upon termination, all rights and obligations of the parties under this Agreement shall terminate, except for those provisions which by their nature are intended to survive termination. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Purchase Price. The total purchase price for the Website is $550, including any applicable taxes. Payment. The Buyer shall pay the purchase price in full upon acceptance of this Agreement. Warranty. Limitation of Liability. Upon payment of the agreed-upon price for the media video, the buyer is granted all rights to use the media video in any manner they see fit, including for commercial use. The buyer is not required to credit fantascape for the use of the media video and may modify, distribute, or display the media video as they see fit. [Seller] does not retain any rights to the media video and shall not be entitled to any proceeds or royalties resulting from the use of the media video by the buyer. The Seller shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the promotional material, including but not limited to lost profits or data. Indemnification. The Buyer shall indemnify and hold the Seller harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, and expenses arising from the Buyer's use or misuse of the ad. Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.
