Hiring Form Buy Conent

The Creator will provide the Fantascape Studios LLC with the agreed-upon content, which may include but is not limited to videos, 3D models, software, codes, graphic art, writing, and digital media.

The Fantascape Studios LLC will only do payments through Upwork. The payment amount and terms will be agreed upon by the Fantascape Studios LLC and the Creator before the purchase is made.

By selling their content to the Fantascape Studios LLC, the Creator agrees to transfer all rights to the content to the Fantascape Studios LLC. The Creator acknowledges that they will no longer have any rights to the content once it has been sold to the Fantascape Studios LLC.

The Fantascape Studios LLC does not guarantee full-time employment to any Creator who provides content. The Fantascape Studios LLC may choose to hire the Creator for a full-time position based on their performance and suitability for the position, but this is not guaranteed.

The Fantascape Studios LLC will establish rules for the Discord server to ensure that all communication is business-appropriate. The Creator is expected to abide by these rules while communicating with the Fantascape Studios LLC through the Discord server.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States of America. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Association of the United States of America.

By selling their content to the Fantascape Studios LLC, the Creator acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Content Buying Agreement.
